The following explains how to fix the issue that games like dota2 and cs2 freeze during gameplay.
- If you notice small freezes or stutters in games occurring every few minutes, it may be related to Steam Workshop data.
- Suggestion: Remove Steam from GameFix if it’s enabled.
- This change will allow the Workshop content to be re-downloaded on the client side.
- After the Workshop finishes downloading, the freezing issue should be resolved.
- You can re-enable gamefix for steam after that.
- Another possible cause of issues with Steam games is the 'Userdata' folder, which is located in the CCBoot shared folder.
- You can delete this folder to resolve the problem.
User data can be deleted even while PCs are online. However, it is recommended to delete only folders that are not in use, or wait until all users have finished to perform a full cleanup.
