The following provides troubleshooting steps to resolve issues with FiveM not working on client PCs, focusing on ensuring the Media features pack is installed through Windows settings.

If FiveM is not working on the client PC.

  1. The main solution is to make sure the Media features pack is installed. If it is not installed, just go to settings>apps and features> under apps & features choose "optional features" and find Media feature pack (Figure 1). Then reinstall FiveM.
