The following explains how to fix "Your account is already being used to play on FiveM or RedM."

  1. If you get an error "Your account is already being used to play on FiveM or RedM." (Figure 1).

  1. Enable super client for image disk.
  2. Locate folders %localappdata%\DigitalEntitlements and %appdata%\CitizenFX and delete them.
  3. Shut down the PC and save the super client.
  4. After that, the issue should be fixed.
  5. To prevent that issue from happening again, don’t join FiveM servers on super client.
