1. We suspect that it's a problem of 1903 self. We have to wait MS Windows to update.
2. Some NIC works well. Maybe this problem is caused by NIC drivers. So, we have to wait the NIC vendor to update nic driver.
3. For now please use build 1809 it is more stable.
4. CCBoot in windows 10 build 1903 works in motherboard with B360 chip.
5.Create image using disk and move image to the server can solve the problem.
