Testing indicates that Windows Server 2019 provides more stable and consistent operation with Intel X520 network adapters than Windows Server 2025 in this environment. Observed differences include improved driver compatibility and fewer networking issues under Windows Server 2019. As hardware, firmware, and driver versions may affect results, behavior can vary between deployments.
