Add Digital Signature Solved Test Mode Problem

Previously, there were some problems when playing some games on the Test Mode computers. From CCBootClient v3.0 20140627, we add digital signature on CCBoot Client driver, it won't have those problems, and do not need to enable Test Mode when playing games any more.
