License getting unregistered

CCBoot server license gets unregistered when it is unable to connect to our registration server.

To fix this issue, perform the following

1. Add "reg.ccboot.com" in your router's/gateway's firewall exception (Figure 1).

Here is an example for untangle gateway server.

2. If the above steps didn't help you, please reinstall the OS on the server, it can be corrupted by software, viruses etc.
