How to use 8111D NIC to boot the clients?

Go to http://rom-o-matic.net/gpxe/gpxe-git/gpxe.git/contrib/rom-o-matic/,

• choose an output format: PXE bootstrap loader image [Unload PXE stack](.pxe).
• choose a NIC type: all-drivers.
• click the "Customize" button
• set BANNER_TIMEOUT 0.
  
• click the "Get ROM" button.
